Roberts Family Photography is on the road this week welcoming a new arrival to our family. Stay tuned for newborn portraits of Olivia Yvette very soon. She is as pretty as her Mama and her big sister. We have enjoyed spending time with 3 1/2 year old Katie - spoiling her as only a Nana and a Nini can. I will post my observations on 3 three year olds and stickers as soon as I can gather my thoughts on that as well.
Today's photo love is of Miss Lacey. Lacey is the newest addition to the Alden family. I photographed Sam and Scott's wedding a couple years back. We also did a session this fall when Scott was home on leave in historic Harmar Village in Marietta, the brick streets looked amazing and the shots were very fun and romantic.
Sam and her mama, Shari are kind of addicted to custom gallery wrap pieces. Don't worry, we plan on featuring some pictures of how they have used custom artwork in their home later this year. I love working with them because they are always up for suggestions, let me design pieces specific to their space, tastes and budget and they have definitely become part of our extended family!
I always look forward to a design session with Sam and Shari. We catch up on each others lives, laugh, tease and plan our next session. There is nothing more important to Shari or Sam than family. They are always planning or recovering from a recent family get together. I think this is one of the reasons they love custom art work featuring their family so much. They value that bond and want to celebrate in their decor. It makes them happy.
So I give you Lacey. Such a pretty girl with adorable toes! And she makes them happy as well.
What makes you happy? Is your happy something that can be photographed? Do your family portraits show all that love?
