Roberts Family Photography has done a lot of baby portraits through the year. A lot. We have learned a thing or two about babies along the way. Something I realized recently is that besides newborn portraits when they are teeny tiny - my favorite session is 9 months.
The nine month session is magic - they are super happy, stable sitting up and general not walking. They smile easily, generally don't have a lot of "stranger danger" and are easily distracted if they get grumpy. Nine month sessions always turn out amazing - and this session is no exception. In fact I always suggest doing a full session at 9 months, then a mini session for the one year and cake smash shots.
Mr E was a dream - he brought his Mama and Daddy along for the portrait and yes, his eyes are REALLY that blue!
