Join Holly Poulson, Certified Bradley Instructor, to learn how proper nutrition and exercise can keep you healthy and low-risk during pregnancy. Christine Marasco will host a demonstration of several types of slings, wraps, and carriers.
If you already use a carrier, bring it with you for the other mamas to check out! This is all about sharing baby-wearing experience, especially with new mamas. If you have any carriers you would be interested in swapping, this workshop would also be a great opportunity to do that!

We will discuss tips & techniques of breastfeeding in a relaxed and social atmosphere. From first latch to nursing a toddler, you'll receive a wealth of information that will help to ensure a pleasant breastfeeding experience. Topics will vary based on the wants/needs of registrants. All stages of breastfeeding are welcome, and expectant mothers are encouraged to attend! We want YOU to have a realistic expectation of breastfeeding AND an enjoyable experience!
